Store Manager

  • Candidate must not be over 35 years old
  • Graduate of any 4-year Business related course or HRM or Food Technology
  • With at least three (3) years managerial experience in retail, fast-food or from any customer oriented company
  • People oriented with strong personal relations skills
  • Has strong business acumen
  • Articulate, possesses strong leadership ability and can lead and drive results from the team
  • Flexible and willing to work on rotating shifts

Assistant Store Manager

  • Not over 35 yrs old; Graduates of Business-related courses or HRM or Food Technology
  • Must have relevant work experience in supervisory level gained from reputable food service, retail and other service-oriented organizations

Shift Manager/Management Trainee

  • Not over 34 yrs old; Graduates of Business-related courses or HRM or Food Tech.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Good oral & written communication skills; Good leadership skills
  • Self-driven with high level of motivation and willing to work on shifting schedule

Maintenance Officer

  • 28-40 years old; Male;Electrical Engineer graduate with PRC License
  • Must have at least 3-5 supervisory experience & at least (5) years experience in repairs & maintenance activities
  • Preferably with knowledge in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning
  • Shall negotiate with contractors/suppliers on all related maintenance supplies and services

Administrative Assistant

  • Not over 30 yrs old; Graduates of any business-related courses
  • At least with 1 year of accounting-related work experience
  • Good oral and written communication skills

Maintenance Assistant

  • Not over 30 yrs old; Male; Electrical Engineering graduate
  • Preferably with PRC license
  • With at least one (1) year experience in repairs and maintenance activities

Accounting & Purchasing personnel

  • Must be a graduate of Business-related/ Accountancy courses

Service Crew

  • Age: 18-22 years old
  • Height: Male – at least 5"3, Female – at least 5"0
  • Educational Attainment: At least 1st year college
  • Conversant in English/Pilipino, well-groomed, cheerful and pleasant disposition
  • Note: Applicants with prior Jollibee store work experience must provide a recommendation letter from the Store Manager indicating Performance Appraisal ratings and other significant information about the employee. (i.e. awards, records if any).
